You’ve just taken the first step toward building a social presence that’s intentional, strategic, and built to drive results, not just engagement.

First things first…

You’ve signed the agreement and secured your spot. Now we move into onboarding.

This is where we get aligned, gather the right inputs, and set the foundation for a strategy that actually works.

Our onboarding process is structured in three key stages:

1. Complete your onboarding questionnaire

This is the most important step.

It gives us a full understanding of your business, your audience, your offer, and your current position so we can build a strategy that’s tailored, not templated.

You’ll receive a link via email. Once complete, submit the form and we’ll move forward.

2. Provide account access

Once your questionnaire is complete, we’ll request access to your platforms.

This allows us to review your current setup, identify opportunities, and ensure everything is aligned before we begin building your strategy.

If anything feels technical or unclear, we’ll guide you through it.

3. Strategy development + handover

Once we have everything we need, we begin building your custom social media strategy.

This is where we map out your direction, content approach, and growth opportunities.

Once complete, we’ll lock in your final strategy call to walk you through everything so you’re confident in implementing it.

To get the most out of this process, alignment and communication matter.

Contact & communication

You’ll be assigned a dedicated point of contact at TMG. Our standard contact hours are within business hours.

If you’d like to discuss strategy or anything in detail, we ask that you book in time with notice so we can give it the attention it deserves.

Your package includes allocated time for communication, and we’re always happy to chat. That said, if communication exceeds what’s included, we may review and adjust scope to ensure we’re delivering effectively across your account.

Billing

As outlined in your agreement, all invoices are due within 7 days. Work will not commence until payment is received, and services are billed in advance (typically 30 days). Late payments may impact timelines and delivery of work.

Client responsibilities

Strong results come from strong collaboration. You’re responsible for providing all required materials, content, access, and information in a timely manner. This includes completing your onboarding questionnaire and supplying any requested assets. Delays here may impact timelines and outcomes.

Variations

Any work requested outside of the agreed scope will be treated as a variation. This may include additional deliverables, new campaign directions, or changes introduced after the initial strategy process. We’ll always communicate this clearly before proceeding.

A note on expectations

We don’t believe in rushed work or guesswork. Great strategy takes clarity, input, and alignment. We’ll guide the process, but the best outcomes come when we work together and move with intention.

We also operate within structured timelines. While we aim to be responsive, we ask for reasonable notice on any updates, launches, or changes so we can incorporate them properly.

And while we bring proven strategy, experience, and data-backed direction, results are influenced by factors beyond our control. What we do guarantee is that everything we build is intentional, strategic, and designed to perform.
