The following Services to be provided by TMG: SOS Strategy Session (1:1 Consultation)
Schedule 2: Price
The following rates apply:
One off payment of $999 + GST
Current Professional Hourly Rates for work outside of scope: $299 + GST per hour, on ad-hoc basis
Scope of work:
A virtual 90-minute, one-on-one session with TMG’s Director, designed to address 1-2 key areas within your social media marketing.
Prior to the session, CLIENT will receive and complete a questionnaire to provide insight into their business, brand, and product/service offering. This allows TMG to conduct any required pre-session research and tailor the session accordingly.
During the questionnaire process, CLIENT will outline the 1-2 key focus areas to be addressed during the session.
The session is structured as a 90-minute consultation focused on the agreed key areas. If CLIENT requests multiple topics within the questionnaire, TMG will use its best endeavours to cover as much as possible within the allocated time. However, CLIENT acknowledges that this may result in a lighter level of detail across each topic.
If additional topics are raised during the session beyond those outlined in the questionnaire, these may also be discussed where time permits, but may further reduce the depth of coverage across all areas. TMG does not guarantee that all topics raised will be covered in full within the session.
The session may cover topics including, but not limited to:
Social media marketing
Content creation
Social media strategy fundamentals
Posting frequency and timing
Proactive social media use
Facebook ads strategy
Following the session, CLIENT will receive:
A copy of the session notes, outlining key actions and recommendations
A Google Meet recording of the session
All sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. Alternatively, in person at TMG’s discretion.
Service levels, workflow and communication
The session will be delivered at the scheduled date and time agreed upon at booking.
Delivery of the debrief document and recording may take approximately 5-10 business days, and in some cases may take longer depending on TMG’s workload and scheduling.
Communication relating to the session will be conducted via email.
This service does not include ongoing support outside of the session and debrief, unless otherwise provided at TMG’s discretion.
TMG does not implement any recommendations provided during the session. Implementation of any advice, strategy, or recommendations is the responsibility of the CLIENT.
Client responsibilities
CLIENT must complete and submit the pre-session questionnaire at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled session. If this is not completed within the required timeframe, TMG reserves the right to reschedule the session to allow adequate time for preparation.
Advice provided during the session is based on the information available at the time and does not constitute a comprehensive or exhaustive strategy.
CLIENT must attend the session at the scheduled time.
CLIENT must ensure they have appropriate access to Google Meet and join the session via a desktop or laptop device to enable full participation.
CLIENT acknowledges that the value of the session is dependent on their preparation, participation, and implementation of recommendations.
Failure to provide required information or attend the session may impact the effectiveness and outcomes of the consultation.
Service-specific terms
The debrief document is not an in-depth strategy document, but a summary of key discussion points, actions, and recommendations provided during the session.
TMG will use its best endeavours to ensure a productive session; however, no guarantee is made in relation to return on investment, revenue outcomes, sales, or performance results.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
When booking a session, CLIENT is reserving a dedicated time that is no longer available to other clients.
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 5 business days’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations within 5 business days will incur a $199 + GST fee.
Late Attendance
If CLIENT arrives late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled end time.
Platform and Access Requirements
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet. CLIENT is required to join via a desktop or laptop device to allow for screen sharing and full participation.
TMG is not responsible for any technical issues that may impact the delivery or recording of the session.
The session recording is provided for CLIENT’s internal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without TMG’s prior written consent.
