UGC Management
UGC creator sourcing, briefing and management, handled by your TMG team.
Want creators talking about your brand, demonstrating your products, or bringing your customer experience to life? We’ll find the right people and give them a clear direction.
Our UGC Management service connects your brand with creators who suit your audience, then manages the process from sourcing and briefing through to content handover.
You get creator content planned around your marketing goals, with your TMG squad keeping the moving parts moving.
Creator content, with your marketing girls behind it.
Finding someone comfortable on camera is one thing. Knowing what to ask them to create is where the strategy comes in.
We start with your brand, your audience and what you want the content to achieve. Then we shape briefs around the messages, questions and benefits your customers need to hear.
Where you have existing content or campaign performance insights to share, we use them to inform the direction. Think product demonstrations that answer buying questions, experience-led videos that bring your offering to life, or fresh creative angles for your next paid campaign.
Every creator gets a brief with a purpose. And you get a team managing the outreach, approvals and “just checking in” emails along the way.
Here’s what you’ll get.
-
We source and vet creators based on your brand, audience, content needs and budget. You review the shortlist and approve who we move ahead with.
-
We develop briefs for each approved creator, outlining the concept, key messages, deliverables and intended use. Clear direction, with room for the personality you’re hiring them for.
-
Outreach, onboarding, briefing, deadline tracking and follow-ups: we manage the communication so you have one central TMG contact keeping you in the loop.
-
We review submitted content against the approved brief and coordinate feedback with creators, within their agreed revision terms.
-
We organise delivery of the agreed creator-edited videos, ready for your team to use across the channels covered by each creator’s agreement.
Your proposal confirms the creator numbers, content deliverables and scope before we begin. Raw footage, additional versions and editing by TMG can be explored separately.
A few things you might be wondering…
-
UGC stands for user-generated content. For this service, it means content commissioned from creators for your brand’s marketing, such as product demonstrations, experience-led videos and talking-to-camera content.
Creators bring their own delivery style, guided by a brief developed around your brand.
-
We work with product brands, service businesses, travel, hospitality and more. The creator approach will depend on what you offer and what’s involved in capturing it.
-
Creator posting can be explored where it suits your goals. It is agreed separately with each creator, rather than automatically included.
-
We can source creators whose terms support paid advertising. The platforms, usage period and licensing fees need to be agreed before booking.
Tell us where you want to use the content so we can factor that into sourcing from the start.
-
Creator-edited videos are the usual deliverable. Raw footage, separate B-roll, extra hooks and alternate versions can be requested, subject to creator availability, permissions and additional fees.
-
Editing by TMG is an optional, separately quoted service. We’ll need suitable footage and the creator’s permission to edit or repurpose it.
-
Allow approximately four weeks as an initial planning guide. We’ll confirm your schedule around creator availability, product delivery, approvals and production requirements.
Revision allowances and any reshoot arrangements are confirmed with each creator upfront.
-
Yes. UGC Management is available as a standalone service or alongside your existing TMG services. We’ll align on your goals and creative direction before briefing creators.
